September 16: Pitch Night Friday 7pm – 10pm
Developers will present their mobile app idea in 5 minutes with 5 minutes for questions and answers to attract team members. You are also welcome to come with a pre-assembled team.
September 17: Hack Day Sat 9am – Midnight
This will be the day you get the majority of your coding complete. We suggest you focus on doing 1 or 2 things really well to demonstrate your concept, as time is limited. This also depends on the size and experience level of your team, but just don’t try to throw in the kitchen sink in a weekend.
September 18: Presentations Sun 10am – 5pm
Finalization day. This is the day you will wrap up any loose ends with your code, and prepare a 5 minute demo with 5 minutes of Q+A in the evening. We will vote on a winner and they will be featured on the MobileHackDays LA Web site and on TheBitsource.com.

Is it possible to attend without having a project that I am workiing on?
Hi Sandi,
Yes, absolutely. In fact most attendees will come with just an idea, and meet other developers and / or entrepreneurs and assembling into a team of 1 or more and turn the idea into an app during the event. You can also vet your ideas using the feedback tab on the left and get feedback on your idea from the community.
